My name is Mrs. Reitz (pronounced “writes”) and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year!  It’s going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures.  I am here because I LOVE kids!

My teaching philosophy is based upon the idea that every child brings his or her own unique gifts and talents to the class.  As their teacher I am there to facilitate their learning through a creative and positive classroom.  I also believe strongly that for your child to be successful this year there must be good communication between home and school.  If anything should arise during the school year, please let me know so I can be more aware and sensitive to the situation.  I look forward to working with you and anticipate a fabulous year!
